If you're customer's screen fails to light up please try the following steps.  If it is displaying a menu screen but is not displaying your customer's images, click here.

Make sure the Customer has plugged the unit into a working outlet.

Make sure the Adaptor is plugged tightly in to the DC in slot on the computer.

Make sure the Customer is using the adaptor that was packaged with the unit.

Have the customer unplug the unit from the wall,  and plug it back in.

If these didn't solve your customer's problems schedule a return.
