My ZW7A didn't come with the USB Cable

There is a misprint on the box that says that a USB cable is included with the ZW7A.  If a customer calls asking about their lack of a USB cable, inform the customer that they can't use a USB cable to connect their ZW7A to a computer.  In order to get pictures from their computer to the frame, they will have to put pictures on an SD card, or a flashdrive without the frame.

The ZW7A will NOT connect to a Computer via USB Cable.

If the customer insists on getting a USB cable to fulfill the claim made on the box, have them call 800 473 5156, or email the customer's contact information to service@sungale.com.
